Exercise

Ok.. so for the past couple weeks, because of acid reflux, I've had to change my diet.  I eat less oily foods and more healthy ones.  And I'm feeling a lot  better for it! 

I also began walking / running on my treadmill again. 

I guess soon, I'll look and feel a whole lot better about me!! 

Yayy!!
