Happy Sunday night people! Or is that somewhat of an oxy-moronic greeting? It could never been happy Sunday cause that means Monday is back to work! lol..
My weekend? It was cool.. nothing major, nothing new. Spent Friday night doing absolutely nothing.. watched a movie with my son and sister. Usual Saturday, chores.. and then chatted with the cutie from Florida till after 3 am... and today, well.. did a little self beautification stuff, and had somewhat of a fight with a niece of mine....She seems to have been "warned" along with a number of other people that I know about a "disaster" that would hit our nation.. Now I dont doubt for one second that this could happen but I have a slight problem when people think that as humans we ought to be obedient to God or else!
I dont agree with the concept of obedience which is based upon fear of something. I believe we should obey someone (God in this case) because we utterly love Him and believe that what He has told us to do is what is right for us. I believe that God is good and kind and loving.. and even though He can be full of wrath, I dont want to be forced by fear of this wrath, to do what He is asking me to do..
Just something I believe very strongly.
